Punk/New Wave Car Ads

A series of fictional exhibition posters imagining if the stars of the classic British comedy movies known as the 'Carry On films' had been international avant garde artists in their spare time.

What if some of the great albums of the punk, post-punk and new wave era (so, 1977 - 1983 or thereabouts) had been advertised the way cars were? Because if punk = noisy and noisy = good, then punk + a 1500cc engine = even better, right?
