A series of fictional exhibition posters imagining if the stars of the classic British comedy movies known as the 'Carry On films' had been international avant garde artists in their spare time.
It's difficult sometimes to grasp how much rock 'n' roll has been viewed as a threat to civilisation over the years. Those attitudes seem silly now. Which of course they are. So this print is as much about that silliness as it is about the greatness of the Stones. Plus it's about how lovely 1960s concert playbills often used to be.
