What if Joni Mitchell had written her brilliant 1971 album Blue as a collection of novels instead of songs? This print shows how things might have turned out.
Each book in this print corresponds to a track on the album, arranged in the order they appear on the original release. They're all based on those wonderful classic Penguin and Pelican paperback book designs, with the books chosen to echo the (very blue) colour scheme of the original album artwork.
The books, in track order, are: All I Want, My Old Man, Little Green, Carey, Blue, California, This Flight Tonight, River, A Case Of You, and The Last Time I Saw Richard.
